304L is a low-carbon version of the SS 304 grade. The 304l stainless steel sheet is designed with 18% chromium coupled with 8% of nickel. The lower carbon content consisting of maximum 0.030% ensures the SS 304L Sheet has excellent weldability. The austenitic grade resists atmospheric corrosion and works well in reducing environments. A stainless steel 304l sheet performs well in moderately reducing media and shows enhanced resistance against intergranular corrosion.

The 304L Stainless Steel Plate is a thicker than a sheet designed with a thickness of above 6mm. The high-strength plates show excellent strength and tolerances in stress-induced systems. Stainless 304L Plate is non-magnetic during the annealed condition but can be magnetic if annealed.
